Meet Maureen Poulas

Maureen is a Level 2 kundalini yoga, meditation & sound healing teacher, as certified by the International Kundalini Yoga Teacher's Association. As of 2012, she had over 800 hours of training and 1000+ hours of teaching experience. She is also a licensed New Mexico special educator, certified experienced motorcycle rider coach, and property manager. Sometimes she likes to camp, hike, watch butterflies, travel, cook, volunteer, do art, play guitar, drums, and dance.
